Breathwork & Sound Journey

I invite you to embark on a powerful journey of self discovery 🌬

With the combined power of breath & sound, we'll dive into the depths of the subconscious mind, building new and empowering beliefs. We'll release built-up tension and allow the natural flow of the body to find its innate ability to balance and rejuvenate itself.

This session takes place in my home for a small group of max 8 people. 

Please wear comfortable clothing and have a fairly empty stomach upon arrival.
