We invite you into a deep breath and sound experience: an immersive journey to feel alive, unwind and explore your inner world.
With guided breathing and live instruments, we will explore our mind, our emotions, our patterns and behaviours, creating the space to rewrite and reconnect to what is needed in the moment. Guided by both calming and energetic frequencies we will support the body and mind tuning back into harmony.
You’re welcome to stay on the surface - or dive deep, allowing emotions to flow freely - all at your own pace.
Come as you are, in comfortable clothing. We’ll take care of the rest.
